Dr. Kendra Mahler
Dr. Kendra Mahler has a personal mission to guide people in their journeys toward optimal health and educate them in the matters of wellness. Growing up in Willmar, MN, she developed a love for the outdoors and endurance sports. Before attending Chiropractic school, she attended Bethel University and the University of Minnesota Duluth. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. While at Northwestern, Dr. Kendra studied the diversified technique, Applied Kinesiology and developed a passion for nutrition. In following this passion, Dr. Kendra recently graduated with distinction from the University of Western States with her Masters of Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
Dr. Kendra believes that chiropractic is a perfect way to assist people with their health concerns in a completely natural way. It is part of a holistic approach to medicine that is appropriate for people of all ages in a wide range of health conditions.
Dr. Kendra lives in St. Paul with her dog Malo. She is a 200hr certified yoga instructor and enjoys running and reading in her spare time.
